In-Person Information Booth
Colleges, Departments, Student Support and Academic Enrichment Programs and Services
Share information with and answer questions from guests. Units are encouraged to provide handouts and materials, and/or showcase interactive experiments that help describe and give insight into what students may experience at UC San Diego.
Colleges plan to be set up by 8:30 a.m. PT and open for visitors from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. PT.
Academic Departments, Student Support and Student Enrichment Programs plan to be set up by 9:30 a.m. PT and open for visitors from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. PT.
Units will be provided a pre-assigned space with a six-foot table, linen, two chairs, one umbrella and a sign. Power may be provided for pre-approved demonstrations and might be based on availability and location. Laptops must use battery as power source.

Student Organizations and Sports Clubs
Share information with and answer questions from guests. Registered Student Organizations and Sports Clubs are encouraged to pass out flyers, ask admitted students to sign up for email lists and talk with them about their organization and being a student at UC San Diego. This is an information tabling event – no activities may occur, and food cannot be sold or handed out at your table.
Plan to be set up by 10:30 a.m. PT and open for visitors from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. PT. Registered Student Organizations and Sports Clubs will be provided with 1 round 36-inch cocktail table and a sign.
