We invite your unit to register for UC San Diego's Triton Days events - Open House on April 11 and Transfer Celebration on May 8.
For full event details and program description, please visit our webpage.

OPEN HOUSE - 30-Minute Information Session(s)

Combined or Separate Session – Presentations must address both populations (FY&TR) in some manner, whether in a single combined session or in separate sessions.
Classroom Presentations - Information sessions will be held in classrooms with limited seating. To maximize engagement and accommodate more attendees, we strongly encourage offering more than one 30-minute session.
Lunch Details - Lunch is not provided for this activity. If your team is also tabling at the resource fair, please have your presenter assist at your table to receive a lunch ticket.

Lunch - Meals will not be provided, please plan accordingly.
Time Requirements – You are required to staff your table from 9 am to 12 pm.

OPEN HOUSE - Resource Fair Tabling

Staffing for Your Table – We recommend 2-6 staff/faculty members per table.
Electricity – Many locations do not have electrical access, so please plan your table assuming no power. If electricity is available, you are responsible for bringing any necessary extension cords or equipment.
Lunch - Meals will be provided only for the staff members listed in your form, up to a maximum of 6. Any additional meal costs must be covered by your department.

Activity Offerings – You are required to staff this activity, display additional signage for easy identification, and may offer games or food for guests if desired.
Lunch – Meals will not be provided for this activity.
